I had an old blog, but apparently my mind (or Google) isn't what it used to be. I can't remember the password or the email, and after several rounds of "enter your password and email" and "enter your email to get a new password", I've decided to let it fall by the wayside. So when I blog, it will be here. After all, I can use HTML, and the only difference is lack of links to other blogs, and lack of ability to comment. So... if you want to comment, email me, and I'll post it as a comment, if and when I decide to. As for reading blogs, most of them are silly and pointless, and this one will be no different, more than likely.

I've been thinking about it, and I think that my philosophy in teaching (and learning?) is that my job is to give students the basics. Then, if something strikes a student and becomes his or her vocation (and hopefully it will), that person will have a firm base to stand on as they progress. With that in mind, I need to begin planning classes. Well, after I get done helping to kill the enemies with Cueaveb, I guess. :)
