Web pages are not easy to make at first. You need to get the hang of it. I have learned alot this semester in class. I learned how to make better HTML pages and CSS files. You learn how also about the topics you do. You can do alot of different things for web pages they can be about anything you want.
HTML is the webpage that you make. The first step is to open notepad. Next is to put html at top and bottom of the page with brakets and a slash at the last one before html. Then you want your heading and title. After that you put body and all your information in that section. You can add whatever you want such as, pictures, links, and, lists or tables. Then you want to save it as whatever you want too. Then go to documents and find that page. Make sure you save it as an html file.
Now CSS is the controller of the HTML page for codes such as, colors, font, and anything else you need. You dont need to have a CSS file it is more exact on what you want and can help. You save it as whatever you want. First you open notepad again and use a new page. Then you use h1 and h2 etc. as paragraphs you would like to edit and change. Make sure you put h1 in your HTML file so it knows what it is controling. CSS makes things nice and more organized than what some things can be on HTML. Make sure you save this to but not as an HTML file.
